Everyone is getting very excited now. We’re almost back in the home town. Ben’s having a quick massage and a burger! He seems to have been getting on really well this morning. Was a bit tough getting through Monmouth as the traffic was rubbish. But the Wye Valley soon disappeared and all of a sudden we were crossing the Severn. Not far to go now!
Well done Ben,
you’re a bloody machine mate, very pleased for you.
Keep it going & good luck.

I am astounded at what Ben and the support team have achieved. It’s all too easy for me to say, but you’re on the ‘last lap’, so dig deep and keep the goal in your sights. Keep up the effort with every muscle in your body and keep up the positivity.
